GSL General Hospital is a thousand bedded multi-specialty teaching hospital attached to GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry. It has brought modern health care facilities within the reach of ten lakh population in fifteen mandal areas of Godavari Districts. The management provides free infrastructure facility, registration, out & in patient consultancy, diet and bus services to its patients. Diagnostic services are provided at nominal charges. Under ‘GSL Jananee Sishu Suraksha Scheme’ this hospital has been providing free Antenatal, Natal and Postnatal services to poor women. These women are also given sustenance allowance of Rs.1000/ from hospital’s own resources.
